Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods, or
- in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order: the day on which you or a designated third party receive the last item.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send your withdrawal declaration before the period expires.
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter):

3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your selection of a non-standard delivery method).
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
4. Return of goods
You must return or hand back the goods to us within 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
5. Return shipping costs
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping, except
- for defective or incorrectly delivered items, in which case we cover the return shipping cost.
6. Compensation for diminished value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
7. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
7.1 Sealed hygiene products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- toothbrushes
- mouth trays / dental trays
- whitening gels
- any product intended for direct contact with the mouth or teeth
7.2 Products that cannot be resold after opening for health protection reasons.
7.3 Customized or personalized products (not offered at this time).
7.4 Digital products (not offered).
