1. Shipping information
We ship all orders with DHL.
Shipping is available worldwide.
1.1 Order processing time
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 business day after payment has been received (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Dispatch does not take place on weekends or public holidays.

European Union (EU)
- Free shipping
Worldwide (non-EU)
- Shipping costs vary depending on destination and DHL international rates
- No flat rate is available for worldwide shipping
- The final shipping price is calculated at checkout
1.3 Delivery times (estimated)
Delivery times vary by destination:
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Worldwide: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing and local postal services
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause additional delays beyond our control.
1.4 Customs, duties and taxes (non-EU only)
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.
We have no influence on these charges.
