Shipments are normally made within 1-3 working days after the payment has been received.
(During periods when the order volume is particularly high, such as during Christmas time, it can take up to 5 days for the order to be processed by our logistics department. This rarely happens but we ask you to be a little patience when such situation occurs).
Our delivery time may vary from 2 – 5 working days and is dependent on our shipping partner (DHL). The maximum delivery time within the EU should not exceed 10 working days after the payment has been confirmed unless there was a problem associated with the delivery on behalf of the shipping partner.
